Started exercising


I have planned to exercise daily starting from today.I started it off by taking three sets of fifteen push ups.I do not want to go to the gym as i have already discontinued once from gym as i had no company.I am going to do exercise twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening.I am just 57 kilos and i want to increase my weight to atleast 60 kilos before the end of the summer holidays.Hope i continue this daily.I will try to take pull ups in the evening session.I will increase the count of push ups by 3 everyday and once when the count reaches 25 i will increase the set ie from three to four and so on.After going to chennai i will try to continue the same.
